Welcome to OTTSTAR. By accessing or using our platform (www.ottstar.in OTTSTAR Android/iOS/TV apps), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” – refers to www.ottstar.in and OTTSTAR mobile/TV applications.

• “User” / “You” – any person accessing or using OTTSTAR.

• “Content” – includes movies, web series, videos, thumbnails, posters, text, graphics, and all media on OTTSTAR.

• “Subscription Plan” – paid plan giving access to OTTSTAR content.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, and

• Legally competent to enter into a valid contract
  Users under 18 must use OTTSTAR under parental supervision.

3. Account Registration

To access premium content, users must create an account with:

• Valid mobile number

• Valid email address

• Password or OTP login

The user is responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential

• All activity under their account

OTTSTAR is not liable for unauthorized account usage.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

• All paid plans provide streaming access for a fixed duration.

• Prices may change; however, existing users will be notified beforehand.

• Payments are processed securely by third-party gateways.

• OTTSTAR does not store card, UPI, or banking details.

• Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except in exceptional cases (refer to Refund Policy).

Auto-renewal (if enabled) must be turned off manually by the user.

5. Content Usage Rules

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, record, download, redistribute, or broadcast content

• Share screenshots or screen recordings where disabled

• Share login details with others

• Display content publicly or commercially

• Bypass DRM or security systems

• Upload harmful or illegal content through the platform

Violation may lead to:

• Immediate account termination

• Legal action under Indian Copyright Law

6. Content Ownership & Copyright

All content on OTTSTAR is:

• Licensed

• Copyright-owned

• Protected under Copyright Act, 1957, IT Act, 2000, and applicable laws

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Availability

OTTSTAR aims to provide uninterrupted streaming; however, the service may be affected by:

• Server maintenance

• Internet issues

• ISP restrictions

• Technical failures

• Third-party outages

We do not guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted service.

8. Device & Usage Limit

Each subscription plan may include:

• A limited number of screens

• A limited number of devices

• Defined quality (SD/HD/Full HD)

Using the same account beyond allowed limits may lead to temporary or permanent blocking.

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use OTTSTAR to:

• Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful messages

• Hack, attempt attacks, or reverse engineer the platform

• Violate privacy or copyright laws

• Misuse the platform for illegal purposes

OTTSTAR reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts violating these rules.

10. Third-Party Services

OTTSTAR may use third-party services such as:

• Payment gateways

• Analytics tools

• Advertising networks

• CDN/hosting providers

These services follow their own privacy policies.

11. Modification of Terms

OTTSTAR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

12. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations

• Fraud/illegal activity

• DRM bypass attempts

• Payment disputes or chargebacks

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued.

13. Limitation of Liability

OTTSTAR is not responsible for:

• User device issues

• Internet disruptions

• Loss of data

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
