At OTTSTAR, we strive to provide seamless entertainment through our digital streaming platform. This cancellation policy explains how subscription cancellations work and when refunds may be applicable.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your OTTSTAR account dashboard or app settings.

Your plan will not renew after the current billing cycle.
You will continue to have premium access until your current paid period ends.
There is no immediate loss of access after cancellation.

2. No Refund After Cancellation

OTTSTAR follows a strict no-refund policy since users receive immediate access to digital streaming content upon subscribing.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Mid-cycle cancellations
Unused subscription days
Change of mind/content preference
User device or internet issues

3. Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges. OTTSTAR is not responsible for charges made due to failure to cancel on time.

4. Re-Activation

You can reactivate your subscription anytime by purchasing a new plan. Your watch history and saved data will remain intact.

5. Exceptional Refund Situations

A refund will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment due to technical error
Payment deducted but subscription not activated
A verified technical issue on OTTSTAR’s side preventing service access

Refunds will not be given for:

Internet connectivity issues
Device compatibility issues
Temporary maintenance downtime
Dissatisfaction with content

6. Third-Party Payments

If payment was made through a UPI app, wallet, or bank, refund timelines will follow the rules of the respective payment provider.
